1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the TablePlay platform at tableplay.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and TablePlay.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and do not create or continue operating a TablePlay account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all TablePlay games and features, including Baccarat, Color Game, Card Games, Virtual Sports, Jackpot Slots, MMA Betting, and the deposit and withdrawal system. No exemptions apply to any individual game category.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a TablePlay account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming.
  • You must be a resident or citizen of the Philippines, or be physically located within a jurisdiction where use of the TablePlay platform is legally permitted.
  • You must not be a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of TablePlay or any of its affiliated companies.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through the TablePlay platform or through any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
  • You must not have had a previous TablePlay account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these terms.

TablePlay reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure if fraudulent information is identified.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one TablePlay account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment accounts — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your TablePlay account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and the payment account details you intend to use. Providing false registration information, including the use of another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TablePlay login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your credentials with any other person. TablePlay will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

TablePlay conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or national ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

TablePlay currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. Available methods may change from time to time and are displayed in the TablePlay cashier.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit for most payment methods is ₱100. Maximum deposits depend on the limits set by your payment provider and your TablePlay account tier. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method — typically ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers and card withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction.

4.3 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

TablePlay requires that withdrawal requests be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. If you need to change your withdrawal method due to account closure or similar circumstances, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.4 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. InstaPay transfers are processed in real time during network operating hours. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank follow standard interbank processing schedules and may take 1–2 banking days. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–7 banking days depending on the issuing bank. TablePlay does not control third-party processing times once a transfer has been submitted.

4.5 Funds Deposited in Error

If you deposit more than intended, contact TablePlay support. Subject to compliance checks and any applicable withdrawal rules, the excess amount can be returned to your payment account. TablePlay does not guarantee the immediate return of erroneously deposited funds and reserves the right to apply standard verification procedures before processing any such return.

Reminder: TablePlay accounts are for entertainment purposes. Funds held in your TablePlay wallet are not deposits in a bank and do not earn interest. Only deposit amounts you are prepared to use for gaming.

5. Game Rules and Betting

5.1 Valid Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been fully confirmed and accepted by the TablePlay system. Confirmation is indicated by the appearance of the bet in your account's transaction history. Verbal, written, or chat-based instructions to place a bet on your behalf are not accepted. All betting activity must be performed directly by the registered account holder through the TablePlay interface.

5.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes at TablePlay are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics where applicable. TablePlay does not manipulate outcomes. In the event of a technical error that affects the integrity of a game result, TablePlay reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. Winnings paid on an erroneous result may be reclaimed by TablePlay from the account balance or withheld from future withdrawals.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

Bets accepted and confirmed by the TablePlay system cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation. In live game formats, bets lock at the point specified in the individual game's rules. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details — market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming.

5.4 MMA Betting Specific Rules

For MMA Betting markets, a bout that is cancelled before beginning results in all wagers being voided and stakes returned. A bout ruled No Contest is settled according to the specific market rules published in the MMA Betting section. Method of Victory bets require the winning fighter to win by the specified method — a fight that goes to a decision when KO/TKO was selected is a losing bet regardless of which fighter wins.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

TablePlay may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum deposit requirements, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

  • Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be converted to cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
  • TablePlay reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players who have already accepted and are actively using an offer.
  • Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures, or other manipulative conduct — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the TablePlay platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to the appropriate Philippine legal authorities:

  1. Fraudulent activity — including use of stolen credit cards, falsified bank accounts, counterfeit payment credentials, or any form of identity fraud.
  2. Multi-accounting — operating more than one TablePlay account for any reason, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, recover a suspended account, or claim multiple sign-up bonuses.
  3. Collusion — coordinating with other players in table or card games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
  4. Use of automated tools — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a way not available to regular human players.
  5. Chargeback abuse — initiating payment disputes with your bank, GCash, or Maya for transactions that were legitimately processed by TablePlay, particularly after receiving gaming value from those funds.
  6. Money laundering — using TablePlay accounts to layer or integrate illegally obtained funds. TablePlay is required by law to report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
  7. Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds, software bugs, or payment discrepancies for financial gain without reporting them to TablePlay support.

8. Responsible Gaming

TablePlay is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity responsibly:

  • Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your TablePlay account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
  • Session limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session. The platform will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
  • Loss limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period before the system restricts further play.
  • Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. TablePlay will close your account for the selected period and restrict re-registration attempts during that time.

If you are concerned about your gambling habits or those of someone you know, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources. Players who have activated self-exclusion will not receive any marketing communications from TablePlay for the duration of the exclusion period.

TablePlay is only for players aged 21 and above. If you believe a minor has accessed or is using the platform, contact our support team immediately. TablePlay takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will close any account where a minor is identified as the user.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the TablePlay platform — including but not limited to logos, game assets, graphics, software, text, page layouts, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of TablePlay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any TablePlay content without prior written permission. Scraping or automated collection of any data from the TablePlay platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TablePlay provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, TablePlay's liability to any player is limited to the actual amount of funds held in that player's verified account at the time of the relevant incident. TablePlay is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the player's end
  • Losses resulting from delayed payments caused by third-party payment processors (GCash, Maya, banks)
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform
  • Losses suffered as a result of a player sharing account credentials with third parties

Nothing in these terms limits TablePlay's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by TablePlay's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data

TablePlay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at TablePlay include:

  • Personal data collected during registration is used for account management, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Transaction data is retained for the period required by Philippine financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
  • TablePlay uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies access controls to protect stored data.
  • Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 TablePlay-Initiated Closure

TablePlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering, or other conduct that poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or regulatory breach, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your TablePlay account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure request, TablePlay will process any remaining verified balance to your registered payment account following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable verification requirements. Account closure does not affect obligations already incurred under these terms.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. TablePlay will attempt to contact you using your registered email or mobile number. If no response is received and the account remains inactive for a further 3 months, TablePlay may apply an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with applicable regulations. Remaining balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without prior written notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

TablePlay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or sending a message to your registered mobile number or email address. The effective date of any revised terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the TablePlay platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
